Job Summary:

Lead the acquisition of properties to support business growth, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives. Manage the acquisition process from initial sourcing to closing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement property acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.

2. Source and identify potential properties for acquisition, conducting site visits and assessments.

3. Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential properties.

4. Negotiate purchase agreements and manage the acquisition process.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

7. Manage relationships with external partners, including brokers, sellers, and other stakeholders.

8. Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
