Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.

- Conduct market research and user research to identify customer pain points and opportunities.

- Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and user stories.

- Prioritize features based on market fit, customer impact, and business value.

- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches.

- Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

- Continuously iterate on the product based on data and user feedback.

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for stakeholders at all levels.

- A passion for building user-centric products that solve real problems.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
