Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bring analytical thinking to decision making and organization planning as the company plans to scale up exponentially.
- This role would require a leader who can build a world class People function to deliver operational excellence.
Further, the person will be responsible for:
- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop and execute annual resourcing and operational plans.
- This will involve detailed budgetary and performance analysis, design and implementation.
- Culture and Employee Relations: Undertake the responsibility to be the culture flagbearer of the company.
- You will lead ideation and planning of various cultural initiatives as well as designing the everyday ethos of the company.
- Performance and People Analytics: You will lead the efforts on developing performance management thesis, design of process and organization-wide implementation.
- You will also be responsible for implementing various analytics-driven initiatives to track and monitor performance and other people metrics .
- Problem Solving and Structural Thinking: As a leader in a high-growth environment, you will bring in the pareto mindset identifying the most important problems and putting in place structured and detailed solutions.
- HR, Policies, Procedures and Compliance: You will apply your experience and provide technical inputs in designing people and workplace policies and procedures.
- Further, you will also oversee company's compliance to people and workplace related legal and regulatory requirements.
- HRMS: Leverage company's HRMS to build and streamline processes and run new initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition : You will lead company's mandate to attract and retain the top talent across geographies by introducing best practices and processes.
Qualifications:
- Energy and fun, that's our top requirement!.
- 7+ of experience in Human Resources roles, 2 to 3 years in team management roles, preferably in a startup or high- growth environment.
- A master's degree in HR / MBA is preferred.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Passion and empathy are critical and non-negotiable.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving mindset.
