Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive D2C strategy to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across emerging markets, platforms, and customer segments to expand the brand's reach.
- Oversee and optimize performance marketing strategies, ensuring budgets are effectively allocated to maximize ROI across all channels.
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve website performance, enhance customer journeys, and increase revenue.
- Design and implement retention strategies, loyalty programs, and personalized engagement tactics to enhance customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviors to adjust business plans and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of leadership experience in D2C or eCommerce roles, with a focus on strategic growth and team management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- In-depth understanding of customer acquisition, retention strategies, and building long-term customer relationships.
