Our client, a leading D2C personal care brand, is looking to hire a Brand Head to lead all aspects of brand strategy and execution. This role involves driving brand awareness, overseeing creative and content initiatives, and implementing impactful campaigns to strengthen brand equity and achieve business goals.
Location: Delhi/NCR
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to drive awareness, including detailed marketing plans, budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
- Lead all creative and content initiatives, ensuring brand consistency while managing teams across creative, social media, and influencer domains.
- Engage with customers to gather insights on products and brand communication, using this feedback to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with revenue teams to create impactful campaigns for user acquisition and retention, aligned with business goals.
- Build strategic partnerships and maintain an external network of creative and production partners to strengthen brand imagery and execute plans efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred, with 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally in D2C or consumer goods.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute successful brand strategies that enhance awareness and equity.
- Strong creative thinking and analytical skills to design impactful campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build external partnerships.
- Track record of using insights and performance metrics to continuously refine brand initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
