Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Salary: ₹25,000 ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience in running and managing social media campaigns and social media posts. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of enhancing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Create and manage engaging social media content (graphics, videos, and captions) to improve brand awareness.
• Develop and implement content calendars for regular posting and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to produce high-quality digital marketing assets.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and maintain a positive brand image.
• Run paid social media ad campaigns, optimize budgets, and track ROI.
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors
• Develop and implement a link building strategy
• To improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition,
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in social media management & campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Canva.
• Excellent understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and brand management.
• Good knowledge of SEO and website analytics is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and creativity in marketing strategies
