HiLabs - Business Analyst (3-6 yrs)

Job Description:

- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Strategy Analyst with strong analytical skills to support organizational needs and contribute to strategic initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, project documentation, and implementation, combined with advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools and a knack for deriving actionable insights from data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform moderately complex quantitative analyses to gather, document, analyze, and draw conclusions on data and information.

- Develop strategies to support business needs, focusing on efficient and effective use of best practices.

- Identify requirements, solutions, risks, and costs to address business needs and recommend appropriate approaches.

- Lead implementation activities for initiatives, applications, or feature sets.

- Manage and maintain project documentation, including definitions, requirements, testing, conversion, implementation, and training materials.

- Prioritize initiatives by assessing business value for effort and develop options for execution.

- Collaborate with vendors to understand product direction, release strategies, and timelines.

- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures, and products.

- Analyze work order data and update databases for improved accuracy and performance tracking.

- Manage email inboxes and recurring task updates to maintain operational efficiency.

- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

- Proven ability to identify issues and implement data-driven solutions effectively.

- Expertise in project management and documentation.

Desired Skills:

- Ability to create visual data representations using PowerBI or similar tools.

- Proficiency in additional reporting tools and technologies is a plus.
