Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define the UI/UX requirements for our ERP system.

- Design user-friendly interfaces for multiple user types, including vendors, internal staff, and executives.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to convey design ideas effectively.

- Design dashboards, reports, and natural language interfaces tailored to executives' decision-making needs.

- Optimize UI/UX for complex data flows and various user interactions.

- Work with tight deadlines and minimal research time, leveraging your startup experience to deliver actionable designs efficiently.

-Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and system functionality changes.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1 year in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Demonstrated experience in designing ERP systems or similar complex software with multiple user roles.

- Strong portfolio showcasing user interfaces for complex systems.

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Familiarity with responsive design and a mobile-first approach.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Prior experience in B2B and B2C environments is a plus.

Bonus Skills :

- Experience in designing user interfaces for systems handling high volumes of data or complex workflows.
