Salesforce CPQ/RLM Developer

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business challenges, particularly around quoting, pricing, and the quote-to-cash process. Translate those needs into robust CPQ/RLM and Billing
  configurations
• Develop and implement complex customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning, ensuring seamless integration between CPQ, RLM, Billing, and existing systems
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders and mentoring junior team members on best practices and the latest CPQ/RLM and Billing advancements
• participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and ongoing support for CPQ, RLM, and Billing functionalities
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and optimal system performance across CPQ, RLM, and Billing

Qualification
Possesses a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ/RLM implementations, with a proven track record of success in complex environments, with Salesforce Billing experience a must
Holds a valid Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Consultant certification (or equivalent) and has a strong understanding of Salesforce Billing functionality
Demonstrates exceptional technical proficiency in Salesforce CPQ/RLM configuration, product rules, pricing methodologies (including product bundling), discounting, quote generation, and approval workflows
Thrives in a collaborative environment while also possessing the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Has a strong understanding of business processes, particularly the quote-to-cash flow, and how CPQ/RLM and Billing can optimize the sales cycle and revenue recognition
Boasts excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
