Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models, particularly with unstructured data and Large Language Models (LLMs). This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative AI solutions, including document intelligence, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and generative AI models.

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in machine learning and data science

- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices

- Proven expertise in developing and applying ML and AI techniques to solve real-world problems

- Experience working with unstructured data, especially from PDFs

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Gemini, etc.

- Solid knowledge of prompt engineering and model fine-tuning

- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems

- Skilled in handling large volumes of unstructured data; experience in the insurance domain is a plus

- Expertise in extracting insights from complex and diverse data sources

- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as:

- Vector Databases

- LangChain, LlamaIndex

- OCR tools and techniques

- Azure Cloud

- Experience with PDF to text extraction tools like PDFMiner, PyMuPDF, PDF Plumber

Nice to Have :

- Proficient in Python and relevant libraries:

- NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch

- Experience in one or more of the following domains:

- Deep learning

- Computer vision

- Natural Language Processing (NLP)

- Generative AI
