Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and offering solutions.
  
• Work on blended processes such as CCE (Customer Contact Excellence) or CSA (Customer Service Advisor) to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and improve overall performance.
