Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the travel domain to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective solutions within the travel industry. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.

- Analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to facilitate the development of software solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.

- Provide expertise and guidance to junior business analysts and team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.

- Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project status, gather feedback, and drive decision-making.

- Act as a subject matter expert on travel industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst(JIRA+postgresql / SQL+Power BI)

- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and designing solutions within the travel industry.

- Strong understanding of travel industry processes, systems, and technologies, including but not limited to airline reservation systems, hotel management systems, and travel booking platforms.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, User Stories, Use Cases, and Business Process Modeling.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are good to have.

- Notice Period : Maximum 15 - 20 days

- Should be ready for Work from Office

- Preferred Location : Noida
