Specifications:

- Experience (in years) : 18-25 Years

- Industry Preferred : Automotive Industry/Sheet Metal Industry

- Qualifications : B.Tech.

Job purpose:

The head of supply chain management (SCM) will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of company's supply chain operations.

Roles & responsibilities::

- Looking after sourcing & vendor development.

- Managing inventory: Ensuring materials are available when needed.

- Analyzing costs: Identifying cost drivers and initiating cost-saving measures.

- Planning: Planning and implementing logistical strategies.

- Leading: Leading a team and providing direction for continuous improvement.

- Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners.

- Developing policies: Creating and monitoring policies, guidelines, and best practices.

- Identifying risks: Identifying and managing risks that could affect the supply chain.

- Improving performance: Improving overall supply chain performance and looking for ways to innovate.

- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.

- Overseeing operations: Overseeing fulfillment processes and other supply chain operations.
