Tractor Operation:

• Safely operate tractors and other agricultural machinery for various farming activities, including plowing, planting, fertilizing, and harvesting.
• Adjust and maintain tractor attachments and implements as needed, such as plows, mowers, and spreaders.

Field Work:

• Prepare fields for planting by plowing, harrowing, and leveling the soil.
• Assist in sowing seeds, applying fertilizers, and irrigation.
• Harvest crops using appropriate machinery, ensuring minimal damage to produce.

Transportation:

• Transport crops, equipment, and other materials between different locations on the farm.
• Load and unload goods from trailers and trucks, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
• Ensure all transported materials are properly secured and comply with safety regulations.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance on tractors and other machinery, including checking oil, water, and fuel levels, and lubricating moving parts.
• Identify and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Keep equipment clean and in good working condition to ensure safe operation.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure that all safety features of the tractor are functioning properly.
• Conduct safety checks before and after using the tractor to prevent accidents and injuries.
