Here are the key responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the position of a Senior ASP
NET Developer:Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the ASP
NET framework and related technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and develop high-quality code
Coding and Testing: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C# or VB
NET, adhering to coding standards and best practices
Perform unit testing to ensure the reliability and functionality of developed applications
Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner
Database Integration: Integrate web applications with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and implement data access logic using Entity Framework or other ORM frameworks
Web Development Technologies: Utilize front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vuejs to develop responsive and interactive web user interfaces
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
System Architecture and Design: Collaborate with technical architects and senior developers to define the system architecture, application structure, and design patterns
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization of web applications
Security and Performance Optimization: Implement security measures to protect web applications from common vulnerabilities, such as cross-site scripting (XSS) and SQL injection
Optimize application performance through efficient coding, caching mechanisms, and server-side optimizations
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including application design, system architecture, and user manuals
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing
