Job Description
The Candidate will be able to read and write in Bengali and have been graduated under any stream. Preference shall be given to them who have knowledge in computer application.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of clerical staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to organizational standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and files, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Review and process documentation such as invoices, payroll, and correspondence for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff to enhance team productivity and performance.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and operational insights.
- Serve as the point of contact for resolving escalated administrative issues and inquiries.
- Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless interdepartmental workflows and communication.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations.
