Business Development Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Referral Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospital referral sales and the Bangalore healthcare market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase patient referrals from hospitals, doctors, clinics, and medical networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital owners, physicians, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular visits to referral partners to provide updates on hospital services, specialties, and facilities.
• Identify and address the needs of referring partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Monitor referral patterns, analyze data, and generate reports to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the backend operations team to ensure a seamless patient experience from referral to discharge.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in Hospital Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital referral sales.
• Geographical Knowledge: Bangalore market experience is mandatory.
• Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, hospital operations, and referral systems.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
