Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Hatch2web IT Solutions, a leading information technology company dedicated to provide all digital solutions worldwide. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence, expand our customer base, and contribute to the overall growth of our brand.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize various digital channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing, to maximize customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Create compelling content for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, generate leads, and nurture client relationships to achieve sales targets.
    Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to enhance campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that have resulted in increased sales and brand visibility. (Not applicable for freshers)
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations based on key performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
