Senior Consultant - Client Servicing & Talent Acquisition (8-12 yrs)

Talent Acquisition:

- Source, attract, and screen candidates for various corporate positions.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills and cultural fit.

- Build and maintain a strong network of corporate professionals through networking events, referrals, online platforms and other relevant channels.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.

Relationship Management:

- Foster strong relationships with both candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.

- Understand client requirements, organizational culture and hiring needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing regular updates, feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain ongoing communication with placed candidates to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, placements and BD efforts.

- Monitor market trends, industry news and competitor activities to stay informed and provide insights to the team.
