Job Description
- Hardik International is looking for Orthopedic OT assistant/OT technician to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Surgical Assistance: Assist orthopedic surgeons in preparing operating rooms, sterilizing equipment, and organizing surgical instruments and supplies for procedures
- Patient Preparation: Assist in positioning and preparing patients for orthopedic surgeries, ensuring proper draping and aseptic techniques
- Instrumentation and Equipment Handling: Maintain and handle orthopedic surgical instruments, implants, and equipment, ensuring their proper functionality and sterilization
- Surgical Team Support: Provide support during surgeries by passing instruments, holding retractors, and anticipating the needs of surgeons and scrub nurses
- Post-Surgical Responsibilities: Assist in cleaning and restocking operating rooms after procedures, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols
- Qualifications:Certification or diploma in Operating Theatre Techniques, Orthopedic Technology, or related field
- Prior experience as an OT assistant or technician in orthopedic surgeries is advantageous
- Knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile techniques
