Manager - Strategic Planning

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnership Development: Proactively identify, cultivate, and onboard strategic partners in key sectors like agriculture, finance, MSME support, healthcare, renewable energy, and education.

- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing partners to maximize impact and ensure long-term success.

- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations with potential partners, finalize partnership agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, potential opportunities, and key players in the rural economy and social enterprise space.

- Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, agent teams) to seamlessly integrate partner services into the Haqdarshak platform and ensure agent success.

- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, identifying areas for optimization and new growth opportunities.

- Field Engagement: Conduct field visits to understand the impact of partnerships, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with Haqdarshak's mission and values.

Eligibility:

- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar role, ideally within social enterprises, agri-tech, fintech, or rural development sectors.

Skills:

- Proven track record of managing and scaling partnerships.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of rural markets, MSMEs, and/or social enterprises.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and derive insights.

- Flexibility to travel and conduct on-the-ground engagement.

- Plus Point: Prior experience working with rural enterprises, community networks, or in social impact organizations is highly valued.
