Job Description
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through the execution of effective digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and continuous monitoring.
- Allocate marketing budgets effectively across different channels.
- Monitor and track campaign spending to ensure optimal ROI.
- Generate detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Identify and target the right audience segments through effective targeting strategies.
- Utilize demographic, geographic, and behavioral targeting to reach the desired audience.
- Collaborate with designers to create compelling ad creatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially Meta, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
