About the Role:
This is a senior leadership role for someone whos not just passionate about data, but knows how to turn it into impact. You'll lead a high-performing data science and analytics team, drive insights that shape decision-making, and build solutions that blend traditional modeling with emerging AI technologies - all in a fast-moving, marketing- and customer-focused environment.

What Youll Be Doing :
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts.
- Create a collaborative, innovation-focused culture where the team thrives.
Customer & Marketing Analytics:
- Drive analytics initiatives focused on customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, campaign performance, churn prediction, and ROI tracking.
- Work closely with marketing and business teams to deliver insights that directly influence strategy and execution.
Advanced Modeling & Forecasting:
- Lead the development of traditional and modern models time series forecasting, regression, uplift modeling, and attribution analysis.
- Guide the application of ML and NLP for behavioral insights and customer engagement.
Generative AI & Emerging Tech:
- Explore and implement Generative AI solutions such as content generation, personalization, and chatbots that support marketing and customer engagement.
- Pilot and scale emerging AI capabilities across business use cases.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with product, marketing, tech, and business stakeholders to embed analytics into decision-making.
- Translate technical insights into business-friendly narratives.
Project Management & Delivery:
- Oversee multiple projects end-to-end from problem scoping and data exploration to modeling, delivery, and impact measurement.
- Set clear KPIs and ensure the team delivers value on time and at scale.
Governance & Best Practices:
- Ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI use across all initiatives.
- Promote scalable, ethical, and high-impact data practices.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years in data science or analytics roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Deep experience in customer analytics, marketing analytics, or similar MarTech environments.
- Proficiency in traditional modeling (e.g., regression, time series), advanced ML, NLP, and exposure to GenAI use cases.
- Hands-on skills in Python, SQL, and tools like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.
- Experience with data in marketing platforms (CRM, campaign tools, digital analytics) is a bonus.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and business acumen.
Preferably (Good to have):
- Masters or PhD in a relevant field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Experience deploying models in production and working with large-scale customer datasets
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and cloud data stacks (AWS, GCP, Azure)
