We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Foodservice team in North India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the region by developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
Products :- Exhaust Canopy/Demand Control Technology/UV/Emission Control units
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets in the North India region for Commercial Kitchen Ventilation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the foodservice industry & HVAC industry(MEP consultants).
Engaging with Key Decision makers such as Owners/Directors, PMC & Purchase Head.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Prepare and deliver sales presentations ,proposals & ROI to customers
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical(HVAC background product/project sales) or Foodservice Industry with Technical Background.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in the foodservice industry /HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of the North India market.
Auto-cad General Knowledge would be an added advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
