Job Description

Develop comprehensive product line plans, business cases, and revenue strategies aligned with Videojets overall strategy.
Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors, products, and strategies to inform positioning and market approach.
Own sales growth and PL for product lines, including equipment, supplies, and parts.
Create sales enablement tools and marketing materials to support sales efforts and win opportunities.
Lead product launch planning and develop internal support materials.
Collaborate with Marketing on marketing materials, target customer segments, and demand generation campaigns.
Conduct field visits to understand customer, competitor, and market dynamics.
Lead activities to address product bugs, updates, upgrades, and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product development, QA, and release processes.
Drive product positioning, value selling, and new product launches in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
Develop product training material and deliver training to regions on new products and existing portfolio.
Partner with Pricing team to monitor price performance and implement pricing actions.
Lead initiatives to improve product line viability, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering and MBA: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering coupled with an MBA from an institution. This educational background equips the candidate with a solid foundation in both technical and business disciplines, essential for effective product management and decision-making in product development initiatives.
  • 9-12 years of experience in Product Management: Candidates should have an experience in product management roles.
  • Proven Track Record in Driving Product Success: The candidate should demonstrate a successful track record of driving product success. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and navigating project environments is essential.
