Role & responsibilities

• Assist in setting proper specifications and standards for Packaging components, materials and allied items.
• Monitor maintenance control of the dairy processing assembly and proper capacity utilization.
• Provide assistance in managing all the processing all over Plant and also the quality. Monitor development of SOPs for processing.
• Responsible for managing dairy inventory, including tracking stock levels, ensuring timely replenishments, and maintaining optimal freshness and quality.
• Ensure minimum wastage while handling the products during processing. Manage inventory replenishments from distribution centers.
• Conduct regular audit to ensure the compliance of Standards, Norms & SOPs of processing. Ensure packaging of products suitable for each channel,
• Ensure developing of systems and processes to embed'customer centricity' as a core value across all organizational levels.
