Job Title: Deputy Manager
Role Summary:
- This is a full-time, on-site position for an Deputy Manager at Radical Minds. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of [specific department or team, if applicable], managing team performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of key projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for professional development.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members. Manage team schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor team progress.
- Address team conflicts and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members. Implement and improve project management methodologies and best practices.
Operations Management:
- Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team and departmental performance.
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.
- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with company goals. Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Identify and explore new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of departmental budgets and forecasts.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Proactively identify and address client needs.
Qualifications: Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant field.
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
