Role & responsibilities

Position: TM ( Team Member )

At Devyani International Limited Restaurants we are looking for young & dynamic fresher/experienced, with the minimum qualification as 10th and Above pass and 18-30 yrs of age for the entry level position at the restaurant. The employee under goes on-the job training program in all the section of the restaurant like Service, Kitchen, Supply Base, Cash, Back Sink and lobby.

• To prepare food items; to work in kitchen.
• To Handle customer queries & concerns; Act like a hostess
• To serve customers; to work in the counter.
• Cleaning and upkeep of the restaurant, working at the back of house.
• Ensure operational adherence to DIL standards and Values.
• Maintaining High Levels of Hospitality, Cleanliness and Speed in all areas of Operations

Qualification: 10th and above Pass

Experience: 0-1 yrs / Fresher are also welcome
