Position: Sales Manager (Interior Design Background)*

Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in interior design to
oversee and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their design
expertise to effectively communicate product offerings to clients, manage the sales process,
and contribute to achieving business goals. This is an individual role that requires a mix of
creativity, customer relationship management, and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
ï‚• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
ï‚• Present and sell interior design products, services, and solutions.
ï‚• Collaborate with the design team to understand product offerings and communicate
design concepts effectively to clients.
ï‚• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
ï‚• Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
ï‚• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
ï‚• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.
ï‚• Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
ï‚• Attend industry events and stay updated on interior design trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
ï‚• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, or related field (preferred).
ï‚• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or home furnishings
industry.
ï‚• Strong understanding of interior design principles and products.
ï‚• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
ï‚• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
ï‚• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
