Job Description: Ecommerce Growth Manager

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team and drive our online sales and customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Improve Online Conversions: Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimizing the online shopping experience. Implement strategies to increase conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey.
- Create Personalized Journeys: Develop and implement personalized marketing campaigns and user journeys to enhance customer engagement and retention. Utilize customer data and segmentation techniques to deliver tailored experiences across various touchpoints.
- Analyze Campaigns: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and paid search. Analyze key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain Website Health: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers and designers, to ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the ecommerce website. Address technical issues, improve site speed and performance, and implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and usability.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities, explore partnerships and collaborations, and implement innovative tactics to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or related field, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, website analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Prior experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.
