Development Analyst (3-6 yrs)

Job Overview :

A Developer Analyst is a professional who is responsible for the analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance of software applications to meet the needs of the business. This role requires a deep understanding of both programming and analytical techniques and applying new technologies in different projects.

The Developer Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring that software applications are developed in accordance with company coding standards and best practices.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack.

- Determine the root cause for the software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.

- Remain current on new technologies and available vendor packages; evaluate and make recommendations as necessary.

- Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.

- Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice and

training opportunities.

- Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.

- They develop and refine engineering processes, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to optimize workflow, promote consistency, and minimize errors.

- Developer Analysts should be hands-on communicators.

- They are expected to communicate the project updates, any impediments effectively with the leadership and frequently communicate to cross-team counterparts in QA or Operations /Configuration team as needed.

Experience & Qualification :

- BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent educational qualifications from a reputed university.

- Must have rich experience as an individual contributor and have participated in at least 2 projects' full-cycle development.

- Up to 5 years of technical experience in the field.

Technical Competencies :

- Have good knowledge and understanding of new and upcoming technologies.

- Should have excellent working experience in ASP .Net/Core/C#, Angular, and SQL Server for more than 3 years.

- Have good exposure to design patterns, Software Architecture diagrams, and coding best practices.

- Working knowledge of any one of the cloud technologies (preferably Azure).

- Broad experience designing, programming, and implementing large information systems.

- Ability to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issues.
