GrowExx - Project Manager (8-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Initiation:

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

- Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation plans.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

- Obtain necessary approvals and secure project funding.

Project Execution & Monitoring:

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including internal and external stakeholders.

- Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify and address potential issues proactively.

- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule effectively.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Project Reporting & Communication:

- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, including progress, risks, and issues.

- Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations.

- Effectively communicate project updates, decisions, and changes to all stakeholders.

Client Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Manage client expectations and address client concerns effectively.

- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging project management methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- PMP or other relevant project management certifications preferred.

- 8+ years of proven experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably within a service-based organization.

- Experience with fixed-cost projects across multiple industries (e. , BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing).

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e. , Jira, Microsoft Project).

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred: Candidates residing in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (or open to relocation).
