Job Description:
- As a Marketing Communication Manager, you will play a crucial role in devising and executing marketing communication strategies aligned with the business objectives of Naturals Salon.
- You will be responsible for creating and managing the marketing calendar, budget allocation, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Additionally, you will oversee loyalty programs, CRM, media relations, content creation, and ensure the consistency of brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Communication Calendar: Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing communication calendar that aligns with business objectives, key events, product launches, and promotional periods throughout the year.
- Campaign Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Loyalty Program & CRM: Oversee customer loyalty programs and CRM initiatives to enhance customer retention, drive repeat business, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Content Management: Manage content creation for all digital and offline channels, ensuring the content resonates with target audiences and supports business objectives.
- Media & PR Management: Develop and execute media relations strategies, secure press coverage, manage media partnerships, and handle PR activities to enhance the brand's reputation.
- Promotions & Franchise Campaigns: Design and manage franchise-specific campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's overall messaging and business goals.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure resources are used efficiently and campaigns deliver the highest ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Customer Service & Engagement: Oversee customer service initiatives and ensure that marketing strategies enhance the overall customer experience at salons.
- Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to streamline communication, improve customer engagement, and enhance operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in the beauty, salon, or service industry.
- Strong experience in creating and managing marketing communication calendars, aligned with business objectives.
- Proven experience in budget management, with a focus on ROI and resource allocation.
- Expertise in loyalty programs, CRM systems, and customer engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to manage media relations, PR activities, and influencer partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring campaign performance and optimizing strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
