Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Lead to drive the growth and expansion of Greenstitch Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, generating new business, and capturing new markets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving high revenue targets and expanding the company's footprint, with an ability to achieve a 1M$ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). A strong network and the ability to leverage industry knowledge to identify opportunities and launch new markets are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Create actionable plans and initiatives to scale and drive business growth.

Market Insight & Industry Knowledge:

- Leverage industry knowledge and market insight to identify new business opportunities. Stay informed on trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Revenue Growth & Target Achievement:

- Own the target of generating a 1M$ ARR. Take responsibility for all sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of financial objectives.

Network Development & Relationship Management:

- Utilize an existing network of industry contacts to open new doors and facilitate key relationships. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive future opportunities.

Market Expansion:

- Lead efforts to launch Greenstitch into new markets, ensuring successful penetration and growth. Define and execute strategies to capture new market segments.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends to leadership. Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving high-value targets (e.g., 1M$ ARR). Prior experience in launching and capturing new markets is a must.

Industry Network:

- Strong existing network and relationships within the industry, which can be leveraged to generate leads and close sales.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and ability to adapt to various market conditions.

Communication & Negotiation Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation abilities and experience in dealing with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Market Knowledge:

- In-depth knowledge of the industry and the competitive landscape. Ability to identify and act upon emerging opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in the tech, sustainability, or similar sectors.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools.
