ServiceNow platform engineering with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Case, Monitoring and Domain Separation.
Understanding of how to optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards and convention across the development teams
An excellent communicator with the ability to talk on a process level with clients and manage the direction of a distributed development team
Experience with ServiceNow table structures and data model
Deep understanding of a Managed Services Domain Separated Environment.

Evaluates new features in the platform with ServiceNow releases and the suitability/applicability in the current environment
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Product Owner
Development for integrations including web services(SOAP/REST), DBC, Mid server
Designing, implementing and enhancing various application modules in Service-Now including Incident, Problem, Asset and Configuration, Change, SLM, Service Catalog, etc
Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements
Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project
Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training
Ability to provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices & industry trends to clients.
Partner closely with executive stakeholders and their teams around delivering solutions in ServiceNow to key business initiative.
Preferred candidate profile
More than 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
Proficient in at least five ServiceNow modules with hands-on integration experience.
