ServiceNow Developer - HRSD (4-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes and applications.

- Collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet HRSD requirements, including Case and Knowledge Management.

- Providing technical expertise in the design, development, testing, and implementation of Ser- viceNow applications.

- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ServiceNow with other HR systems and applications.

- Conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and performance of HRSD solutions.

- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow HRSD applications like HR services, HR criteria

- Experience in REST integration, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer

Requirements :

- 4-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

- Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, and HR Service Catalog.

- Strong understanding of HRSD processes, including but not limited to Employee Relations, HR Operations, and HR Service Delivery.

- Proven experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow to meet HRSD requirements.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
