Accountant (Fresher - 1 Year Experience)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger entries and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and track financial transactions.
• Assist in GST filings, TDS calculations, and tax compliance.
• Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
• Maintain payroll records and support salary processing.
• Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and internal audits.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and the finance team for smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience: 0 to 1.5 years (Freshers can apply).
• Basic knowledge of Tally, GST, MS Excel, and taxation is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
