Job Description

GrayQuest Education Finance is looking for Sr. Manager - ERP Sales to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the ERP software product, its features, functionalities, and benefits. Stay up-to-date with product updates and enhancements.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries that could benefit from ERP solutions. Analyze market trends and competitors.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calls, emails, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Identify decision-makers and key contacts within prospective organizations.
  • Needs Analysis: Collaborate with potential customers to assess their business requirements, pain points, and objectives. Understand their current systems and processes.
  • Solution Presentation: Create tailored presentations and demonstrations of the ERP software, highlighting how it can address the specific needs and challenges of the customer.
  • ROI Calculation: Calculate and present return on investment (ROI) models to demonstrate how the ERP solution can deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Proposal Preparation: Develop comprehensive proposals that outline the scope of the ERP implementation, including costs, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Objection Handling: Address objections and concerns raised by potential customers, providing persuasive responses and solutions to alleviate doubts.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and licensing agreements while ensuring alignment with the customer's budget and requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects. Establish trust and credibility to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales teams, technical experts, and implementation consultants to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Sales Forecasting: Create accurate sales forecasts and pipelines to provide visibility into potential deals and revenue projections.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry-specific ERP solutions and how they cater to various sectors, such as manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and retail.
  • Legal and Compliance: Ensure that all sales contracts and agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to meet sales targets and business objectives.
