As the Experience Design Lead at Gravity iLabs , you will shape the future of executive strategy execution experiences. You will lead the design and development of our flagship products, which are centered around immersive, augmented experiences tailored for senior executives. This role requires a deep understanding of UX approaches and methods, human-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex business landscapes into intuitive and impactful digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product owners, technology and development teams, driving product strategy and design to ensure our products are at the forefront of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, product management, technology, and development, to define and drive product strategy anchored across a product roadmap . Ensure that design decisions are informed by a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives , and technological possibilities.
Lead Product Experience Design: Spearhead the design and development of immersive, augmented strategy execution experiences from information architectures, user journeys, wireframes, hi-fidelity visual designs and prototypes.
Understand customer problems and requirements through research , consultative workshops , and journey mapping
Ensure that d esign decisions are made with a clear consideration of customer value propositions
Ensure that principles of responsiveness, and s calability are maintained across all design work
Drive the creation and maintenance of design systems that evolve in line with the product roadmap.
Innovate and Experiment: Stay at the cutting edge of UX and experience design trends, experimenting with new approaches and technologies to enhance our products.
Drive the c reat ion of prototypes that illustrate product vision and customer value
Explore the possibilities of new interactions across multiple screens, touch tables , AR-VR experiences
E xplore the potential of applying AI to help augment product experiences
Lead the team in exploring innovative solutions that push the boundaries of traditional UX design.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with technology and development teams to ensure the seamless integration of design and technology. Communicate design concepts and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentorship and Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team consisting of UX designers, Ui designers, illustrators and motion graphics designers.
F oster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Upskill, grow and build the team to ensure highest quality of design
Develop learning initiatives for team members.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in UX design, experience design, or related fields, with a strong background in digital products.
Proven experience leading design efforts for complex, high-impact digital products, particularly in consulting, agency, or product companies.
In-depth knowledge of UX methodologies, human-centered design, and product strategy.
Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to respond to complex business challenges with compelling, high quality user-centered design interventions.
Proven experience in driving high quality visual design that delivers high impact , usability and customer delight
Experience collaborating with technology and development teams, with a deep understanding of how to integrate design and technology seamlessly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to a diverse audience.
A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying at the forefront of design and technology trends.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design , HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Preference for experience with product design for senior executives around strategy, operations or delivery.
