- Job Overview: The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive organic social media strategies for Straive's key social platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others.

- This role will manage the full lifecycle of LinkedIn and Google ad campaigns, ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.

- Additionally, this position will work closely with internal teams to develop content assets and support webinar initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement organic social media strategies to drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

- Create content calendars for social channels, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging aligned with brand and business goals.

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid LinkedIn/Google ad campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement.

- Monitor and manage budgets for paid campaigns, adjusting spend based on performance metrics.

- Collaborate with the business teams to get in-depth campaign information and reviews.

- Collaborate with the content team and other departments to ideate and develop high-quality content assets, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and case studies.

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to help plan and organize webinars, ensuring the integration of promotional activities across social media channels.
