Program Manager, Healthcare

2. Training Delivery:

3. Leadership and Team Management:
Supervise and mentor a team of trainers or instructors within the healthcare skilling program.
Coordinate training schedules and manage resources to ensure the smooth delivery of programs.
Foster a positive learning environment and address any challenges faced by trainees or trainers.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that training programs comply with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry guidelines.
Conduct quality audits and continuously update training content to maintain high standards.
Stay informed about changes in healthcare policies, practices, and technologies.
5. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Liaise with healthcare institutions, government bodies, and other organizations to identify training needs and opportunities.
Build partnerships to facilitate internships, on-the-job training, and employment opportunities for trainees.
Represent the training institute at conferences, seminars, and industry events.
6. Research and Development:
Conduct research to identify emerging trends and skills gaps in the healthcare sector.
Use data-driven insights to refine training programs and methodologies.
7. Soft Skills Training:
Teach communication, teamwork, empathy, and ethical practices, which are critical for healthcare professionals.
Ensure trainees develop a patient-centered approach in their care delivery.
