Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach and industry events.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and close deals.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.

Mandatory Skills:

• Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to identify prospects, initiate contact and close deals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients professionally.
• Understanding of Recruitment Process: Basic knowledge of the recruitment cycle, staffing needs and industry practices.
• Lead Generation Techniques: Experience in using email marketing, LinkedIn and cold calling to generate leads.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client pain points and offer appropriate recruitment solutions.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience within the recruitment or staffing industry.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment sales.

Additional Details:

• Work hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 5 days a week.
• Based on the EdTech industry, candidates should expect to work in a dynamic, AI-driven environment.
