Gophers Lab - Project Manager - Agile/Waterfall (5-7 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a wide range of projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

- Track project progress, identify and resolve issues proactively.

- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.

Team Leadership :

- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.

- Provide guidance and support to team members.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Risk Management :

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

- Develop and implement contingency plans.

Quality Assurance :

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.

- Conduct quality reviews and implement necessary corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement :

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and project management methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

- 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.

- PMP or other relevant project management certifications (preferred).

- Strong project management methodologies (e.g , Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g , Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
