Identify target audiences and develop plans to grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Analytics & Optimization:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
Use insights to optimize content performance and strategy.
Community Management:
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful connections with the online community.
Monitor brand mentions and trends to identify engagement opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals.
Collaborate with influencers or partners to amplify brand visibility.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Expertise in major social media platforms and their tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
Experience in creating videos and posts.
Experience in video editing and video shooting.
Familiar with the camera or he/she will be a camera person.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs and reporting.
Experience in script writing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong visual design and storytelling abilities.
Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Primere Pro ) is a plus.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
