Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Siemens automation products and solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Generate leads and convert them into profitable sales. Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Siemens automation products and solutions. Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers. Stay updated with the latest product developments and technological advancements. Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits and features of Siemens products. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to secure sales. Ensure all sales agreements and contracts comply with company policies and regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless project execution. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Siemens products and solutions. Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in automation or industrial products. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Siemens automation products and solutions. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical customers. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
