Accounts Executive

• An accounts officer plays a crucial role in managing the financial health of an organization. They are responsible for various accounting and financial tasks, nsuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient financial operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accoun1ng, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in accoun1ng or related roles.
• Proficiency in accoun1ng soEware Tally, and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and prac1ces.
• Excellent analy1cal and problem-solving skills.
• ANen1on t detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Excep1onal organiza1onal and 1me management abili1es.

Responsibilities

1. Financial Repor-ng and Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements on a regular basis.
  Conduct financial forecas1ng and variance analysis t guide decision-making.

2. Bookkeeping and Accoun-ng:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using appropriate ccoun1ng soEware (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

3. Taxa-on and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regula1ons.
  Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on 1me.

4. Budge-ng and Forecas-ng:

• Assist in the crea1on and management of budgets and financial forecasts.

5. Audi-ng:

• Support in internal and external audit processes, providing necessary ocumenta1on and insights.

6. Financial Transac-ons:

• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transac1ons.

• Hands on experience working directly with management
