Job Description
- Qualification: Graduation/PGDM/MBA in relevant field
- Desired minimum experience: Minimum 2 Years of working experience in the handling factory compliances
- Skills: Confidence, Strong Verbal & Written Communication & Presentation Skills & Excel, Ability to handle work independently
Key Role & Responsibilities
- To handle plant compliance independently. Ensuring proper communication & implementation of compliance pertaining to factories.
- Timely updation of compliance reports.
- Knowledge of Factories act, Minimum Wages Act, Labour Laws, Safety & security compliance, Environment protection act, Factory License, Shops & Establishment Act etc
- Co-ordination with various departments for smooth functioning of factory related compliance.
