Job Description
- Identify and Engage Prospects - Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to connect with potential customers.
- Qualify Leads - Assess customer needs and schedule discovery calls with the sales team.
- Build and Manage a Pipeline - Develop relationships with key prospects and track engagement effectively.
- Partner with Marketing - Collaborate to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and drive engagement.
- Stay Informed - Keep up with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and Goldcast s evolving product offerings.
- Analyze and Optimize Performance - Leverage sales tools to track key metrics and continuously refine outreach efforts.
- You have 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role (bonus points for experience in SaaS or marketing tech!).
- You re an effective communicator engaging, clear, and concise in both written and verbal interactions.
- You re organized and goal-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You take initiative, adapt quickly to feedback, and thrive in a collaborative setting.
- You enjoy working with teams across functions and are comfortable in a remote-first workplace.
- Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo is a plus but not required we ll support your learning!
