Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training modules that align with the organization's engineering objectives.
Create technical training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
Ensure the training program covers the latest engineering technologies, best practices, safety standards, and company-specific tools and processes.
Training Delivery:
Conduct technical training sessions (both classroom and on-the-job) for engineers and other technical staff.
Lead hands-on training, workshops, and seminars on complex engineering topics.
Evaluate participants progress through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
Needs Assessment and Program Evaluation:
Collaborate with department heads and team leads to identify skill gaps and specific training needs.

Analyze performance metrics and suggest necessary modifications to the training approach.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical guidance and support to engineers during the training process.
Offer post-training assistance and follow-up support to ensure successful knowledge transfer.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues encountered by employees during or after training sessions.
Knowledge Management:
Maintain an up-to-date library of training resources, manuals, and technical documents.
Ensure all training content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with industry standards.
Regularly update training materials based on the latest engineering trends and technology.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on training activities, progress, and outcomes for management.
Maintain records of employee participation, performance, and completion of training programs.
