Job Description :

- Function : Software Engineering - Backend Development- Node.js

Responsibilities :

- Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code.

- Designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

- Ensuring the implementation of robust security and data protection practices.

- Developing and maintaining APIs and backend services aligned with business logic.

- Building reusable, maintainable, and modular code and libraries for future use.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

- Monitoring application performance and implementing optimizations.

- Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems.

- Writing and maintaining technical documentation for clarity and onboarding purposes.

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovation and efficiency.

- Participating in and contributing to team planning sessions and agile ceremonies.

- Leading and mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

- Managing a development team, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely project delivery.

- Coordinating with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Establishing and enforcing best practices for development workflows and processes.

Requirements :

- 7 to 9 years' experience in development.

- Hands-on experience in back-end development with Node.js .

- Knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as Resitfy.

- Good understanding of server-side templating languages.

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5 and CSS3

- Expertise with Linux-based systems.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

- Have worked in any of the cloud-based platforms AWS, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Independent, resourceful, analytical, and able to solve problems effectively.

- Ability to be flexible, agile, and thrive in chaos.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
